Hello, I'm Kimberly and I run and own Kalista salon and day spa. I also am a Keune Artisian certified stylist. What does that mean to you? It means I had to study and know keune from the roots up. I educate my staff with the same knowledge as I have so they can be the best in the industry. I spent  an entire two weeks in a class learning the ins and outs of Keune color.

Keune color

Why?: Why Kuene? Because Keune was developed by a chemist in 1922 just after world war II, They are a dutch line that is huge in over 60 countrys and are making there way here to the states. They have cornered the market in that they have figured out how to stabilize there colors from fading with an ingredient called LP300, they have also added to the color line another ingredient for shine (silk protein), and the third for UV protection called solimer. Keune is the ONLY line that has all three ingredients in there color line.

Keune was established in 1922, by Jan Keune. It is a family owned and operated company, manufacturing out of the Netherlands, they were the first company to manufacture mousse and gel.

 which is their permanent color line. Their demi-permanent color line. Also their super blonde's and toners. Their new red tones are beautiful!
