Please note: Since we are a very busy salon and get booked very quickly, we do ask for a credit card to secure your appointment. It will not be charged. However, if you cancel your scheduled appointment, your credit card will be charged a $25 fee. We do understand emergencies happen and we are compassionate about these situations. Just please call and let us know as soon as possible.
No refunds. All sales are final.
Extensions or thermal straightening services need a 48-hour notice of cancellation, otherwise you will lose your deposit.
If you choose not to secure your appointment with a credit card we can still schedule you, however your appointment may bumped. We will contact you to let you know we need to move or delete the appointment before we actually do. Our staff is commission-based, so please show up for your appointments. Thank you for understanding.
If you are redeeming a voucher, and no show or are 15 min late or more you will forfeit your voucher. You are allowed a certain amount of time for these services and will only be able to provide this amount of time, if the service is pushed longer due to circumstances other then the tech control the service will be shortened, we are scheduled back to back services and can not run late for other guests. A voucher can not be used with other discounts. Gratuity is not included in vouchers and is appreciated at the time of service, Also please be aware that your voucher only covers the minimum of the service. If we need to use more product to complete the service there is an additional charge.
If you are having a color service and you are getting more then just the regular retouch color (one solid color, roots only) there is an addtional charge for the difference.
If you are having the Keratin or Thermal service we have one kit we use for the service and if we need to use more then the one kit we will have to charge an additional $50.00 for the extra Kit. We also offer some pre services in case your hair is heavily coated for the service to be maximized. We allow children in the salon. We really need you to help keep the spa feel by keeping your children with you and contained. Also Please do not let them put their hands in the pond. We have had some of our fish die due to contamination. And we love our fish.
